Exceptional characteristics
BOB SUGGS is simply the finest daylily in its class. What makes it so is the size of the flower, the flat, wide form, bright color and extreme petal thickness and heaviness. Scapes are strong, and they need to be to hold many of these large, heavy flowers. Rather late, and a very good late that is the star of the garden when it finally gets around to blooming.
